Theresa Mueller is the Founder and Managing Broker of Trelleum Real Estate with nearly 30 years of experience. With an engineering background from the University of Illinois and CCIM designation, she specializes in financial analysis, deal structuring, and connecting key stakeholders in CRE transactions.
She has taught both engineering students and real estate professionals how to evaluate investment opportunities and structure deals effectively.
